As the lightest shaft in the KBS product line, the KBS TOUR 90 is designed for players seeking higher trajectory, additional spin, and maximum distance. The KBS TOUR 90 is 20 percent lighter than standard shafts, ultimately assisting to increase swing and ball speeds. We reviewed the True Temper 105 and 115 shafts against the KBS Tour 105. While we did not do a comparison to the KBS C-Taper Lite and Nippon 950 GH, I will share my thoughts on where those two shafts fit with the XP 105, XP 115 and Tour 105. First, all tests were done with a Mizuno MP-15 6 iron and a Callaway Chrome Soft ball.

- By Sammmmmmyp_456 · PostedThanks for the reply boogie. I kind of had that thought too of the chrome layer disappearing! Little things just really bug me once they've been noticed. Is that a Martin, Taylor, faith, I can see in that pic? ?
- By boogielicious · PostedIf you try and grind it out, it will remove the chrome layer and allow rust to happen. Just consider it a badge of honor and play on.
- By Sammmmmmyp_456 · PostedHey, I recently purchased a used Sm7 54° wedge. Upon closer inspection there is a dent on the toe, which makes the slight dent proud on the toe face. Whilst feeling it won't really affect play, it's slightly annoying to the eye. Is there anything I can do to make this good? Thanks for your time, Sam
- By ShawnSum · PostedGuess my excuse is that my current stuff is over a decade old and I want new equipment as I get my feel back for the game. This is the kind of info I was looking for!! I did get a very brief chance to hit some Ping i500s and Callaway Apex iron while having my irons re-gripped a few weeks ago..they felt amazing and sounded amazing.
- By Vinsk · PostedWelcome to TST! I think you’ll be very satisfied here and fit right in. Do you play Mizuno irons? I’m just assuming from your name. I recently started playing with Mizuno MP-54’s and just love them. I’m a leftie so didn’t have as many options with some of their lines only being right handed. But I definitely appreciate what so many say about Mizuno irons. Cheers.
